We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Assistant will provide essential support to nurses and healthcare professionals by assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate must have a passion for patient care, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced medical setting.
Responsibilities

3. Safety & Hygiene Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient rooms.
- Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.
- Ensure that patients are comfortable and safe at all times.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Record patient activities, observations, and any significant changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Follow hospital or facility policies and procedures at all times.
5. Emotional Support & Communication
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Assist families by answering basic questions and directing them to appropriate medical personnel.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Nursing Assistant training program is preferred.
- Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus.
